Precise Location Data:
- Collected only when you are actively responding to an incident

- NOT collected when you are not actively responding
- You can deny location permissions, but navigation features will not work
How We Use Location:
- Provide GPS navigation to incident scenes
- Display your approximate location to other responders in your organization
- Calculate estimated arrival times

Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use the app:
- Device information (device ID, model, operating system)
- App usage statistics (features used, response times)

- Shift schedules and organization memberships
- Incident logs and notes you create
Push Notification Tokens

- Other Responders: On the same incident, can see your name and status
- Department Administrators: May view your response history and shift schedules

We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the app:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and data storage
- Authentication Providers: Google, Facebook, Apple (for login services)
- Push Notification Services: Apple Push Notification Service (APNS)
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing services to us.

You cannot delete:

Children's Privacy
RunReady is intended for use by emergency service personnel aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
