What's New
- Sign in with a passkey or security key (YubiKey) instead of waiting for an email code.
- Complete assigned eLearning courses (SCORM 1.2) from My Training on iPhone, Android, and Ops Web.
- Log a training session that already happened — date, topics, hours, and who attended.
- After a call, open patient notes, vitals, and assessments from Incident Details (view-only when finalized).
- Slide to declare working incidents; cancel a working cardiac arrest with a push to the team.
- When you mark On Scene far from the reported address, you can update the scene for incoming units.
- Faster org and discussion chat; tap links in chat; attach photos and files in discussions.
- Calendar: only matching pay-type openings; unavailable bids no longer ping leaders to approve.
Release notes
Sign-in
- Passkeys / security keys — Enroll a YubiKey or device passkey from Profile. Sign in on web and mobile without an emailed code. Organizations can require the account email with the key. Repeated failed email challenges lock the account; Ops can unlock.
Training
- eLearning (SCORM 1.2) — Training officers attach a SCORM 1.2 zip to a plan or taskbook line. Members tap Launch course from My Training (phone or Ops Web). Passing marks the assignment complete unless instructor sign-off is required.
- Log Training — From My Training + (mobile) or Log Training (Ops Web), record a session that already occurred: date, optional title and location, topics with hours, and participants. Credits match a completed live session.
- Android My Training — Assigned taskbook lists load every page (large multi-taskbook assignments are no longer truncated).
Incidents & on scene
- Patient details after a call — From Incident Details, members open the same on-scene patient screens (notes, vitals, assessments). Watch-only users cannot see patient details. When the call is Finalized, those screens are view-only. Ops Web Incident Report has a Patients tab. iPad landscape Incident Details fills the screen.
- Working incidents — Working Cardiac Arrest, Working Fire, and Working Entrapment use slide-to-confirm (same pattern as Clear Scene). You can cancel a working cardiac arrest; responding units get a push.
- Relocate scene — If you mark On Scene more than 100 yards from the reported location, you can move the scene pin and notify incoming responders. Auto on-scene never shows this prompt.
Chat & discussions
- Faster chat — Organization and discussion chats load only new messages when history is already on the device.
- Links — Tap http/https URLs in organization and discussion chat to open them in your browser (iOS, Android, Ops Web).
- Discussion attachments — Discussion threads support photo and file attachments, including attachment-only messages.
Calendar & shifts
- Members only see open/draft shift openings that match their roster pay type; leaders still see all openings to publish and assign.
- Unavailable-only bids do not notify slot authors or keep the approve banner up. Approve still works when someone is Available on an open slot.
Ops, Dispatch & Transfers
- Ops Incidents search and filters run on the server (first page of 50; Load more keeps the same query). NERIS department/dispatch IDs and status appear on incident cards and the report.
- Ops organization chat in the header (unread badge, thread, attachments, replies, reactions, mentions).
- Personnel Analytics (shifts worked, pass-over, ignored bidding) with a member bid-history drill-in. Training Reports for leaders (hours, completions, CSV/PDF).
- Transfers: dialysis / emergent RRT pathway; numbered AI questions show Yes/No/text forms.
